| Do you ship to my country? | |
| Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. | |

| During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. | |
| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? | |
| Shipping typically takes place between 2-5 days after your order has been placed. However, some items may be on back-order or require additional time if it is a custom order. If your order is expected to ship beyond the standard 2-5 days, we will inform you directly after your order is placed within 2 business days. Free ground shipping is available for many items on our site with a minimum order of $35.00. Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will have a charge of $14.99 for FedEx Ground Home Delivery and $12.99 for FedEx Ground Business Delivery. |
